LIQUOR LICENSING
Liquor licensing act 1997, Section 113. LIQUOR MUST NOT BE SUPPLIED TO PERSONAL UNDER THE AGE OF 18. A person whom is under the age of 18 and obtains liquor from the company is guilty of an offence (Maximum penalty $2600). Persons suspected to be under the age of 18 will be required to provide evidence of their age.

Refunds
We pride ourselves on the grapes we grow and wine we make, it is important to us that the wines are enjoyed. On occasion incorrect goods may be delivered, please contact us within 30 days and we will fully refund or replace the goods concerned, provided they are returned in good condition. Return shipping requirements will be at our expense.
If you order the wrong wine, if you contact us within 10 days of receiving the wine, we will be happy to exchange it for the wine you wanted. The onus of returning the goods will however be on the customer.
Wine considered corked, oxidised (unless of course this is stylistic), faulty, thus considered undrinkable will be replaced or refunded. Just email through your concern with the wine.
